The two most appropriate types of card available are:

•    Visa Premier
•    Carte Visa International.


Both are multifunction debit cards linked directly to your bank account.
As the name implies the card carries the Visa symbol - an instantly recognisable worldwide means of payment.

Each card-holder receives an individual PIN code which is confidential and should be memorised. Never disclose or allow anyone access to this code. In order to protect your interests the maximum number successive attempts to use a card is limited to three after which the card is either retained or invalidated.

For either card you have the option to choose one of two payment methods:

•    Immediate debit

•    Deferred debit – this operates in a similar way to a credit card although no interest is incurred. All payments to third parties are accumulated and are automatically debited to your bank account in one amount on the last business day of each month. However cash withdrawals are debited immediately to your bank account.
